All Hours Primer has oil-control actives that improve your makeup’s wear and adherence, leaving the skin shine-free throughout the day. Ideal for oil-combo skin, but suitable for all skin types. Dermatologically tested. Non-comedogenic.
I love this primer. It is so silky smooth and reduces heavy looking pores and it just feels really nice on the skin. I would say it is good for oily skin as it has a more of a matte finish, It also includes SPF18 which is always a bonus for protecting your skin.
On application, you really need only a few drops spread over key areas on your face. You immediately notice that it creates a base and a lovely mat finish ready for foundation. This primer is very light and you need to be careful when dispensing as it is not as thick as a lot of primers on the market. It isn’t heavy and doesn’t have that silicone feeling that so many primers seem to have.
